Expectant Mothers
To become one of our patients, call the office to ensure we are providers for your insurance. Then give the hospital our name at the time of delivery. The hospital will contact us when the baby is born and we will come to the hospital to see the baby. We have hospital privileges at Methodist Children’s Hospital, Methodist Stone Oak, St.Luke’s Baptist and North Central Baptist Hospitals.
If you deliver at another hospital, there are Pediatricians on call for the hospital to care for your baby until you go home. After you leave the hospital we need to see the baby in our office between 2-7 days later and you must call to schedule this appointment. The doctor who sees your child in the hospital will tell you when the baby should be seen in the office for the first visit. You may download all the new patient paper work from this web site and complete it prior to your office visit to save some time. Please bring your insurance card or Medicaid card to every office visit or we cannot see your child. Your Medicaid card must have one of our physicians listed as the PCP or we will be unable to see your child.
